Cannot fault the service that we have received from Computer Troubleshooters. We do not have the staff competent enough to handle the complex compliance requirements of a local government computer system so a managed plan has been invaluable. James and Dan are always available and nothing is too much trouble. James does not promise what he cannot deliver.
James and the team have been professional and supportive throughout the time we have spent with them. They came in and took over at a time of much change and solved all our issues promptly and efficiently. I can highly recommend them.
